The idea: 1995 we did start with, to have all our deliveries subterranean. We did establish a tunnelsystem from hotel to hotel till our new distributionhall. In that area we also placed our firebrigade and our wastemanagementhall. From that moment on most of our snowmobiles disappeared from the surface. Now all the snow in our carefree Oberlech belongs to our guests and especially to our youngsters.
Technology: In a circle that tunnelsystem connects 23 hotels, our cable car Lech-Oberlech, our skischool, our skikindergarden and that distributionhall. That pipesystem is completely subterranean, but you can take a look at it by feet or with our electric car.
Luggage: At your arrival at the bottomstation of the cablecar Lech-Oberlech your luggage will be sent up in a special Oberlech-container. From the topstation we bring your luggage directly to the hotel. During your check-in at the bottomstation and your hotelreception we bring your luggage in your room.
Deliveries for our hotels: All the deliveries and all the food we get through the tunnelsystem - no noise from trucks to hear- absolute quietness for our guests.
